VAAM meetings are held at The Gary J. Arthur Community Center at Glenwood, 2400 Route 97, Cooksville, MD 21723.
Printmaking Demonstration with David Brosch
Monday, November 28, 7-9 pm.
November's meeting will feature a demonstration of linocut
printmaking. Learn about the tools and techniques
for creating these prints and about printmaking in
general. The session will be informal with plenty of
opportunities to ask questions. This event is free and
open to interested teens and adults. Bring a sketchpad or
notebook to take notes.
Many thanks to Deborah Maklowski for her demonstration of landscape painting in pastel at VAAM's September meeting. Deborah's presentation was entertaining as well as informative. Her willingness to share her techniques was much appreciated and no doubt inspired more than a few attendees to give landscape pastel painting a try.
